This was a piece I created to show my love for the band My Chemical Romance. They are an inspiration to me and the lead singer, Gerard Way, has saved my life and countless others. When his album, "The Black Parade" came out, I wanted to show his brain child in it's truest form. I hoped I embodied the record well with this piece.
I DID NOT TRACE THIS AND I DIDN'T USE NEWPRINT OR A LIGHT TABLE! THIS WAS ALL GLANCE WORK! I have to say that because my friends constantly tease me about this piece and saying I traced it, so >  I DID NOT! XDI created this piece with a lithograph print, charcol, color pencil, sharpie, and pastel. I worked really hard on this piece and one day, if I ever get to meet him, I'd like to give it to Gerard. That would be the greatest day of my life ^_^ |
